Brows By Sarah Featured in Two Exclusive Beauty Features.

Brows By Sarah founder, Celebrity Brow Artist Sarah Amelia Fogg, was asked to contribute her expert opinion and guidance for not one, but two national beauty features with The Daily Express.

The first article, published early new year, is about Princess of Wales Kate Middleton – who ‘sets the standard’ with ‘beautiful and natural’ eyebrows, and the second feature is about common eyebrow mistakes that can age your face significantly.

About Kate and her perfectly groomed brows, Sarah commented: “Although I always love offering advice on how you can improve your brows, Kate Middleton’s are some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Ultimately, Kate sets the standard for brow goals.”

“The defined shape that she opts for perfectly embraces her natural arch…and I always recommend sticking with a natural-looking brow shape as these tend to be the most flattering.”

The second feature discusses tips for how your brows can keep you looking younger than your years, if they are groomed properly!

Your eyebrows have the potential to both add years to the face or take years off of it.

Sarah states: “Brows are the most common area I see where people make mistakes that age them.”

However, it’s important to find a happy medium between filling them in too much and completely leaving them alone.

She continued: “Neglecting your brows completely can make you look older, especially if you have sparse brows. Similarly, going too heavy on the product can also age you.

“If you like the defined look, avoid adding any colour to the end of your brow as overextending the tail can draw your face down and age you significantly.”

I always recommend embracing your brows natural shape, rather than trying to change the shape by plucking, once you’ve plucked it too far you might get to the point of no return and this can really age your face.

“The amount of time it takes for your brows to grow back will depend on the level of trauma and inflammation the follicles have been subjected to by plucking.

“A healthy follicle will take around three to four weeks to become visible, and another four weeks until it has fully regrown.”

Sound advice indeed!
